Our Homemaker services are designed to assist seniors, disabled adults and the elderly with completing daily tasks around the home and in the community. Our services can help families avoid placing a loved one into a long-term care facility. We provide the extra help necessary to allow your loved one to maintain independent while remaining safe and happy at home.
Veterans Services
Renaissance Care proudly honors our veterans with the highest quality in home care to assist them in maintaining their independence and dignity. Our veteran in home care program includes personal care such as dressing, bathing, homemaker services, grooming, cooking, companionship, overnight care and activities of daily living.
Transition Services
Renaissance Care provides transition care for our clients moving from one care setting to another care setting. Transitional care is often short term and assists the client in adjusting and adapting to their new care setting. Our one-on-one approach to transitional care is individualized to the client to ensure a successful transition. Our dedicated team of transition caregivers can provide 24/7 services in the home, skilled nursing facility, assisted living communities, memory care communities and in patient hospice facilities.
Private Duty in Home Care Services
Renaissance Care offers in home private duty care services to our clients who prefer to live in the comfort of their own home. Private care is individualized to each client’s personal care needs and is available 24/7 and if offered in the home, assisted living, nursing facility or personal care home.
